The tetranet results are out for September. House prices have increased in Vancouver due to the cheap money.
Once the tap is turned off, I think we will see a moderating of prices. But hey, this is Vancouver and house prices are traditionally high. What would bring down prices…an economic meltdown, but that didn’t happen in the worst recession in my memory.
